About the event
Its nearly Halloween Folks!! Get spooky (and witchy!) stepping into the past with our guided ghost walk in Burley.
Immerse yourself in the history of the village as well as the ghostly stories that surround the local area.
Explore the history of A Coven of Witches (home to a ghostly cat!) before being led on a guided walk through the village. In addition to the story of the famous witch Sybil Leek, be prepared for lesser known tales (but just as interesting) of other witches, highwaymen, smugglers and more!
As well as delving into stories of the past, there is the opportunity to get interactive! Use authentic ghost hunting equipment such as Pendulum Boards, EMF meters and Dowsing Rods to investigate for the paranormal throughout your experience with us. We will also provide you with a small protective crystal to take on your ghostly adventures!
